Crystal Pharma is a dynamic and ambitious UK licenced Pharmaceutical wholesaler and distributor. We have been established since 1997 and during this time we have cultivated strong relationships and built strategic partnerships throughout the European Union.
Our commercial department has in depth knowledge of markets and products and this has allowed us to leverage both business opportunities in these markets and be innovative in our licencing. The team ensures that imports are from MHRA approved suppliers, and sales and exports are to authorised companies. Our business intelligence is supported by our own bespoke trading platform – C.U.T.E (Crystal’s Unique Trading Environment).
The finance department has extensive knowledge to support the financial needs of our imports/exports and multi-currency trading including foreign exchange risk management. The department is complimented by our legal team to ensure adherence to local and international financial and IP laws.
Company operations is managed by a fully GMP & GDP trained team and includes storage, pick and pack and logistics. The team is supported by our fully computerised stock management system including batch traceability, temperature mapped cold storage facility and ATP certified dedicated temperature controlled transportation. Our production department is a state of the art GMP facility where we re-box or over-label imported pharmaceutical products and print Patient Information Leaflets in-house, all against licences granted by the MHRA and the EMEA.
Our Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance team ensure best practices are administered and have expertise in licence applications to the MHRA and EMEA.
All of the processes and departments are underpinned by our up-to date and secure IT infrastructure.
